STOP SPREADING FUD.

It's users like you who are cancerous to this forum. Learn how to read articles and stop taking the shit out of context. Stop repeating what other people are saying. Do your research before opening your mouth and contributing to fud. It takes no more than 30 seconds to google something and to verify it before continuing to spread misinformation.

South Korea is not moving to ban Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Why don't you go read some news articles and try repositioning your statement after you figure out what you said that is incorrect???

@Mister1k is right, i also read from a news source today that south korean government is going to ban cryprocurrencies, you can read yourself from this source  http://mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSKBN1F002A
May be this news is a false rumour but the topic of this thread is related to exchange, so how can anyone confirm if the OP is honestly returning bitcoins or not?  His website is also non secure, just waiting for someone to confirm his service

If you read that article carefully, you'll see that it'd be a process lasting quite a while. And with exchanges being easily available in Japan, fears of capital flight are more than likely to halt the process once they start looking more closely at it.
Is it overall going to mean a lot more regulatory oversight in Korea? Probably I'd say. You've also got to look at the whole game item/account marketplace of which Korea has an amazing share that might take a knock from this type of regulatory overreach, I don't think an actual ban is likely at all.
