I got an email a few minutes ago with some promotion claiming to improve mining 15-24% (bullshit)- i'm sure it's some kind of scam.

Wasn't sure what section to put this in- please move if this is not proper

We Need Your Help!

Hello there, we are a group of programmers that want to give back to the Bitcoin community. We have created a revolutionary new, fully optimized Bitcoin mining program that can help you achieve amazing speed gains during Bitcoin mining - without touching BIOS overclocks, MSI Afterburner, Trixx or any other time consuming methods.

Our ambitious project is currently in its beta stage so we need your help to test it to its limits.

The development has been ongoing for the past few months and we are just now ready to release it into the wild.
The software automatically and safely software overclocks your graphics cards to a stable level for the best mining performance. With the Coin Miner, your cards will be making you the most coins possible.

In the past month, during Alpha stages, we have achieved a 15-24% increase in mining speed. Some testers get higher or lower depending on the hardware.

Because the program is in Beta, we are giving it away for free to anyone that wants to help us. If you are interested, check out our site: http://www.l5b.net/Bitcoin-Speed-Miner

We wish you the best of luck Smiley

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.
