Hi Friends,

Just wanted to know your thoughts on folks running D3, L3+ and A4+. Do you guys run 220V or 110V. I know 220V will consume less AMPs. but would that be cleaner to the PSU and less stress on the miner? ...

I currently do not have 220V in my garage, but i was wondering instead of doing a new line, should i buy the converters off Amazon?

Appreciate your input. My location is Northern California, US.

Thanks!

The correct answer is always the higher voltage - you get better efficiency running at the highest voltage you can.

You 100% *DO NOT* want to buy a step-up converter, you'll just introduce loss in the conversion - you would be much better off just running 240v off of something else in your house that probably already uses it, like your washer/dryer or oven.  Typically it's not that big a deal to have an electrician run another 240v line into your garage, and it will save you a bunch of headache down the road.
