i have 1 btc stuck on my ethconnect account, and i dont know the program will scam or not, because until now it cant withdraw request

Just to be clear, did you buy 1BTC worth of ECH on their site? Or are you trying to withdraw the 1BTC, and they are holding your withdrawal? I'm not sure what your issues are. What kind of message does it give you when trying to withdraw your BTC? Either way, to be clear, are you selling your account on this website?

i will explain

Ethconnect is ICO
on december i deposit my 1 Bitcoin on ethconnect for buy their ico, but on every their sell ICO time, i never get (cant buy coins) because of many member buy the coins too.

so i still have 1 btc in my account ethconnect.
and now ethconnect still no update for exchange and withdrawal, so i cant withdraw my 1 bitcoins. ( and i think this project will scam)

so i lost hope and want to exchange my 1 bitcoin into just 0.01 bitcoin

i can sent internally balance 1 btc to other ethconnect account or i give all with my account.

I think if this will any buyer a cryptomaniac take some speculation and want big profit, he or she will take this advantages buy 1 bitcoin only for 0.01 bitcoin hehe
maybe this program ethconnect will go to the moon

but iam not sure, because that i sell my 1 bitcoin on my ethconnect account just for 0.01 bitcoin (since no update from devs and until now can withdraw)

i dont know when it will go to the moon and open withdraw
if i can withdraw it, i will not sell my 1 bitcoin.

then Xorst PM me and ask my Line ID
i give so we chat on line, then agree sell 5 btc for 0.032 btc
i already give all account info with email but after that he stop replying and not pay me.

Did you try to login after he stop replaying? If he changed pass then you are screwed.
