People probably realised they can trade them directly from ripple via bitstamp without a middle man.

Two days ago Ripple was 1BTC = 45 000XRP and today it's 1BTC = 18 000XRP, I like Ripple because of high volatility.

Things will be different in the future, it's planned for Ripple to be open-source and decentralized, also Ripple network could function in the future without OpenCoin Inc...

Wow, saw the spike in the chart.  Looks like someone was dumping, or less buying.  I'm not sure if they've given up on Ripple or not, they don't bother to keep it updated for something that looks like they spent a lot of time on.

I personally never believed in Ripple.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

I swear to god I cant figure it out either. Makes no sense at all. Doesnt make it any easier to buy and sell BTC. Shit is stupid and centrally controlled. I can not figure out how to sell them on bitstamp to save my life.

As implemented it solves the problem of OpenCoin receiving Venture capital from people who probably have no business dispensing such a thing.

You have to actually sell them from the client and then move the BTC IOUs into Bitstamp where. It isn't an obvious way of doing things, but it being so probably helps to keep the scamcoin aspect of ripple from collapsing.

sold 1m xrp already, still keeping a small amount. price will drop slowly
ripple value will only rise when source is released or there is a new big giveaway.

Why giving away will let the price rise up? I saw many people see this, but I can't understand.
