One of the factors to consider when investing on an ICOS is the country in which the team and the company are based. For me Russia is a red flag due to a regime that can intervene in business without much restrictions. USA rises also some concerns, as the taxing agencies and regulatory bodies can practically shut down any business. Other countries seem more adequate...

Any views on this?

Of course I consider geographic factor, but I'm not that strict. I'd rather invest in decent Russian project than in weird European one. Actually, Russian developers are one of the best in the world. USA for me is a stable place. Anyway, I look first of all at the project, it's goals and team. It's not a big matter what country it is from.
