Well ill try not to make this post totally pointless, but I guess the reason for joining bct is so i could participate in a group buy. Im pretty sure my first buy will be with SilentSonicBoom who is selling asic miners for .32 btc. im pretty sure ill start off with 8 miners and work my way up from there. that is unless someone stops me from making my initial purchase. if he is a scammer that is. from what ive seen he is not but only time will tell haha. well ive been watching the bitcoin scene for awhile now and really wish i had made up my mind when the btc was in the high 60$ range!!!!! but i guess ill start off now haha

sorry for the crappy post but i needed to make one so i can start ordering!!!

Those miners are also (possibly) never getting to the point of ROI. But they're cool! Im waiting for cheaper prices.. Also read about "default trust list" and trust system overall if you're going to trade using these forums.

And does the price of these will decrease more than you can mine with these USB Block Errupters in a given time?

If I understood right... No, they will not ever(?) pay back their cost but I am intending on buying one for fun, knowing it will not make profit. But I won't buy it until they're cheap enough.

i've made about 25 bucks with my two eruptors over the past 2 weeks. i think they'll hit ROI eventually, it just seems slower because two of them make just a tad over BTC .01 a day

The only problem I saw with waiting any longer is the difficulty level isn't getting any easier, and from what I'm looking at there will be huge spikes ahead. I also wish to sell some miners to friends and coninue to hash them before being sold (to test them (and make some money))

I do believe i will have a ROI i know it might be a long ride but like r3wt said if i only make about 35~40$ month, that's a new asic every month and when i decide to stop investing at least ill have some comfortable ghz hashing away for me and all future investments will have been paid my my initial investment. Maybe this is wishful thinking maybe ill make nothing but with the bitcoin economy further developing i feel waiting will only lead to me kicking myself for not starting sooner! as i already do lol

I'll suggest you to use escrow service everytime you want to trade here. Many scammers will try to scam with you.

Update:   I messaged Silentsonicboom

My funds will be sent to you using escrow is that ok?
No escrow. I am an official reseller. No escrow is needed. Only risk would be if AsicMiner did not send miners(not a problem).

Although he is listed in friedcat's asic miner post

And here is the link to the actual group buy page

If they make $1.10 a day, how is 2 weeks equal to anywhere near 25 bucks?
Just asking, I did the same thing for awhile, but my results were about 15 bucks for 2 weeks.

BTCitcointalk 1%ers manipulate the currency and deceive its user community.

Those spikes soon gonna be higher because of Bitfury and KNC. Right now it is safe to say at least 1.8% increase per day. Better safe than sorry.
