What happened: I opened yesterday EXMO account, and I deposited 500€ from ADV Cash. I didn't like it the System and the Fees and when I try to Withdraw back to ADV Cash, I complete all the form and authorize via e-mail, I see the Withdraw refunded. I try again with Perfect Money (Thinking was not working ADV Cash) and the same. Tonight my aunt had a heart attack and she was living in Arkansas (USA), me i'm from Spain. Tomorrow Night Friday 12 and Saturday 13 will be the funeral. I only have this money for travel at this time and I can't dispose it for take the flight tickets. I'm very disappointed how EXMO can take the liberty of block the money of the people by they own. I talked today via Chat with Support, this is my second time, after waited maybe 3h more less I finally get anyone for help me. This is the conversation: https://image.ibb.co/nesagm/Captura.png I can only see here any support can't do nothing. Only take note and the admin authorize. What kind of service is that? EXMO need effectivity, and be resolutive FAST. No have everyday more than +100 people on Queue for talk with Support for problems. This is a bad signal. After that I can see I can't go to say good bye to my Aunt this week. Scammers Profile Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=409494Reference Link: https://exmo.com/enAmount Scammed: $571,22 Payment Method: ADV Cash Proof of Payment: https://image.ibb.co/g4ObnR/Withdraw.pngI need help please, thanks.

I have the same problem, but with BTC the exmo does not answer any ticket.
My investment group told me that they were hacked, and that they are holding the withdrawals because of this, I advise no one to use them to negotiate. They are not giving proper support.
In contact with the support by chat they respond something standard, that we must wait. I believe that they are without funds, must be in solvency.
I'm going to wait another week and file a lawsuit. I advise you to do the same. In my case it's 8 thousand dollars.

EXMO ARE Scammers!!!!
They do not have real currencies to fulfill users WITHDRAW request! (see trade chats)
Same situation with me. Withdrawals of XRP are blocked.
You should contact local authorities in England by sending request via FAX. Perhaps some police at their doors would make those morons more reliable.

the "news" Since EXMO is ukrainian exchange, there are a lot of russian speaking folks who trade on EXMO. As I can see the January is a super scum month for EXMO users. You may check mmgp.ru board. This is russian speakin board, but it's easily accessible tru google translate service. For example this thread http://mmgp.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=765&order=descThis section about scammers and what a surprise, there are a lot (several pages by now) about EXMO scam https://i.imgur.com/wHtTsoR.gifThe board administrator tagged EXMO rep on this board as a scammer already. https://i.imgur.com/LWoeB0x.pngThe EXMO company thread on this board has also tagged as a exchange with a lot of complaints https://i.imgur.com/BsPJaQR.pngSo beware brothers. You may also post your issue on this mmgp board, because a know that few folks get their money thru complaints there.

Hello all. Is anybody still have a problem?
Seriously? So you decided to start caring after two freakin years? What kind of customer care is that? Honesty no customer deserves to go through such pain.

Please tell us, what is going on? Have they been in touch with you trying to resolve the concern? Exmo have a history of scam accusations. They were pumping the Minexcoin and then sending fake data to CMC in order to fool investors. Their team member is also associated with Republia/Paxchain/Grida as an advisor on their next scam therefore I would not be too confident that they will allow you to withdraw your crypto but keep us posted here please when you have news. Any good news?

He didn't know anything I guess, since I saw on his post history the user just active on local board section. Not good to be made as an example for the developer exchange. Ignoring some an accusation against him for a long time and now he come back without any clarification.

Same thing again? It was working fine for a few months, now blocked all withdrawals (including crypto). Then later shut down the site.

You posting here after years means you have enough reason to discuss this topic again. How long have you been using this website? Because you said that they blocked withdrawal recently. But the op posted against this website four years ago, and so far nothing has cleared up whether his issue has been resolved or not.

How come you just discovered it only after the website is not working? Just for clarity, the link in the OP is exmo.com but in your screenshot, the link is exmo.me. Are both links from the same site?

Looks like some domains are for certain locals. For instance, if you go to exmo.com and change the language to russian, you'll be redirected to exmo.me.

I checked exmo.com and it is still up and running. What puzzles me is that somebody could make a post here to state they were scammed and not provide as much detail as possible. You are right, the website in the was screenshot exmo.me therefore the member should come back to clarify why he posted here. He has not alluded to exmo.me and exmo.com being operated by the same people therefore he should make his claim known. Same thing again?
