Or will it be negligible effect?

You sold too soon/low.  Not sure if the dip you are waiting for will ever come.

Most of my ICX were bought at 11470 to 12160 sats so I am around 4x (BTC wise) right now.

I was so jealous that you bought at that price (1/3 my entry)...now yours seem expensive (at 3x) compared to my entry.

oversold means it is cheap right now and will be increased any time soon

I do not believe South Korean or any other fud. ICX is a long term coin and I believe in this project very much. Considering these prices are oversold, I am not selling at this point.
