7x GTX 1080TI

VS

7x AMD Vega 570

what will be best?
in Sweden electricity cost is around 0.08 cents up to 0.14 cents depending on where you live, right now i don't even pay for the electricity!

I will be mining new altcoin's to HODL, The rigg wont be running 24/7 for now. I will only be mining when i see new coins then i mine them until i don't get enough coins or difficult is to high! then HODL.

suggestions? your though's and pro's and cons with each one?

That depends on the algorithm on cryptocurrency that you will mine, but i wouldn't recommend mine with high-end GPU since the price/performance isn't that good with mid-end GPU unless you couldn't find mid-end GPU which have better price/performance.
But most cryptocurrency these days uses algorithm which better mined with AMD GPU, so i'd suggest AMD GPU if you're not sure which cryptocurrency you'll mine.

is Nivida more efficient doh? like better cooling and stuff?

it depends really on the price of gpu you can get
as far as i know gpu`s are in defecit now, but from your question, it seems you are new to mining so i`d recomend to know more about mining

I would say whatever cards you can actually get right now. Obtaining that many of one kind seems all but impossible with the state of the current market and the limited quantity of cards you are allowed to buy at once.

The AMD would normally give you some advantage with Ethash algorithm and they are likely to have lower resale value. The NVIDIA lot is likely to have higher re-sale value and is low energy for cryptonight and others. You of course may want to go to cryptocompare web to check
