Hello guys,

some time ago I opened up a litecoin wallet on litecoin-wallet.info....

Well, I am not sure if it was a scam or not but the website is down. When it was still up, I put some LTC there. Also, I could set up a so called backup restore phrase. As I remember I needed to enter characters and letters between 63 and 84 in a row which I did.

With live.blockcypher.com I checked, my LTC are still in my wallet. Nobody took it. But the question now is, how can I access it? The only thing I have is my wallet address and this backup restore phrase...

Can someone please help me,

regards,
Chan

What is the Seed?
Electrum-LTC uses a 128-bit random seed to generate your private keys. The seed can be represented as a 12-word mnemonic code. You do not need to perform regular backups, because your wallet can be recovered from the seed that you can memorize or write on paper.

check this too:

No, unfortunately not words, just something between 63 and I think 84 characters...

like: KEFJWEOIFH89H4OWH48W4HGOW4GHWO4HGOW8HGOW84GHWO48GHW4O8G-.......

any idea?

I already tried https://electrum-ltc.org - doesnt take that as a seed.

are you sure that you don't just have the private key?
a ltc private key is 52 characters long.
e.g.
address:
LcEFUHM69LQr4yJXdwkWBXhKBFgqscuqmj
private key:
6uW8nVtkyBxMCtwUcnxTkrr8QRL4RgNvXeFMya7E3mhcpRGhbBM

or call them?

Sadly I am not familiar with this, maybe you should try posting this in litecoin community - like on their reddit/forum.

Were they online wallet - http://litecoin-wallet.info/? Because the only thing that comes to my mind is if you chose that random character phrase yourself it could be used for an extra layer of encryption of some sort. You can't simply write some backup if you have previously created public address(+priv key)

Sadly it might be that theres no way to recover your funds at least from my point of view.
