Hi there.
So, I got my 24x sapphire pulse 580 8GB and the rest of the hardware.
I'm going to make 2x rigs with 12 gpus on each, using H110 pro btc motherboard.
My concernings are about the GPU installing and PSU efficiency.
I have 2x Corsair HX1000 (1000W plat rated) for each rig, but I am afraid that the 2000W won't be enough. Somewhere I read the cards use 130/150W each, somewhere I read they use 80/100W each.
And which is the correct way to install the gpus the first time? Should I put just one in, install the OS, overclock and undervolt it, flash the modded bios and than do the same on the other cards 1 by 1?
Or I can make it faster?
Because if I'm not wrong, 2000W won't surely be enough for the 12 cards on stock settings.

so I don't have these exact cards, but I would say generally if your mining you are going to undervolt them some? if so you might be ok, if not and you run them stock or balls out I would maybe consider adding more

http://content.etilize.com/Detailed-Specs/EN/1039252252.html

I don't know who this site is, but goolgls shopping has them as a distributor for 499 and they say in that spec sheet linked that they take "<235".

so idk but I would get more

12 gpu + mother 2000watt ok if only ETH or cryptonight. For ETH+DCR you need more power.

I always thought, more space is safer. Yes, 2000 watt would be enough for 12 Polaris cards if you are running it on stock or under-volt it. But remember, we need to keep our devices in a good condition and give them more power spaces is one of the ways.

For OS Installation, plug only one card to make the installation process faster. Only 3 cards at one time can read by AtiFlash when you need to install "modded bios" to your cards, one by one safer. You can do OC and under-volt with all of the cards installed
