There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Months ago payeer provided good service, their support took no more than 2 hours to answer... I even sent several times ticket for the support and they did not take more than 2 hours to answer and solve my problem, I am shocked to see that you had this problem and the support did not try to solve your problem

one day later after 20 support ticket messages i got the money

too bad i allready spent as much elsewhere thinking this will never come

they made you go through this irritating situation. so do not use payeer.
