Looking for Developer for New Coin

Hey guys,

I am looking for 1 or 2 developers (no more than that) to help start a crypto. I am at the pre pre ICO stage, but this project has serious potential. Developers will help with the initial creation of the coin and bring to the table any ideas that would modify the coin to create value to the holders.
