Ready to unload your used BFL Jalapeno(s)? I'll buy them from you before they turn into paperweights, so you can spend it on something else or re-invest the funds in new hardware.
The new going rate is 13GH/s for $1K (new, Gen1 ASICminer Blades). This offer actually values your used Jalapenos at a higher dollar per GH value than the new AM Blade offering: $1K for BFL 10GH/s vs. $1K for AM 13GH/s.
I'll pay in PP or BTC. I'll also pay for BTC Escrow protection via John K. or BTCrow (your choice) before any BTC funds are transferred or item(s) shipped. Please PM me if interested!
This open offer ends in 48 hours.

Good luck with that. I completely agree with that logic, but some people feel like BFL deserves higher prices (Why? I don't know).

maybe its because it took them so long to get them they feel like they hold sentimental value?

Believe it or not, I've had some success elsewhere. Just need to know where to look. It'll get down to these prices here shortly. Just ahead of the curve. Moore's Law seems to apply to ASICs as well, since they're just another IC.

Well, technically if you're long on BTC, and since we don't have a crystal ball vis-à-vis BTC long term value, yes, you could. But using mining calculators to figure out short term ROI? Not really.
If we see another Cyprus-like event in the next year, all bets are off and miners will be unloading stored BTC like crazy to meet & beat ROI.

Well if the guv. takes half your money, without recourse, which actually happened to some Cyprus forum members you'd wish all your money was in BTC instead too!

Even 300 dollars is over paying for a jalapeno.
My personal opinion, of course.
