hi, i have a problem with client bitcoin qt, the client does not synchronize most are 3 hours which is locked, I tried to uninstall but nothing, tried to restore from a backup but nothing synchro start and 2 hours from the end hangs the synchro

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

restarting the client will connect you to a new peer. the new peer may have higher upload speeds than your previous peer, hence the sync speed increase.
It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
