Do you have the occasional rude customer?

We had a nice email this morning accusing us of being a scam, then started to say " are you picking on me because I have a mental illness ".

Another customer didn't like paying his bill so he DDoS'd us, was later arrested. ( 6 months ago )

Some BTC customers are pretty " aggressive ".

Anyone else have some agro customers?

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

Some of these 'customers' may well be people trying to reverse blackmail or scam you, don't know if you noticed but a bunch of people including me posted in a thread about a guy who was trying to email other people claiming they wanted to purchase something, the first time I thought something was immediately wrong was when he didn't act as paranoid as other BTC users and didn't demand escrow.

I've also seen some public attempts by random123451 users trying to blackmail well known users by claiming their service is a scam and they'll ruin their reputation etc. you just have to be careful a lot of the time and do a background check on them with other people on the forum.

I'd occasionally get some angry/upset customers when I worked in sales years back. I quit because I was tired of having to serve morons. I no longer work directly with customers, and never plan on taking another sales job. But once being in that position of sales, I try to make myself an easy customer. Whether it be me in line at a grocery store, or on the phone with technical support. I'm a pretty patient guy, and can understand where they are coming from.
