High quality Telegram, twitter, facebook feeds to follow?

I'm looking for some good feeds to get up to date info about Crypto. I'm mainly looking for well thought out market analysis and recommendations to check out interesting coins, new projects etc.

I am not looking for ones that claim every shitcoin is going to the moon! Although of course I don't mind if they make recommendations about coins that may be on the way up.

Any recommendations, there are so many!

I only know a few from Twitter which I think are pretty good. My favourite is Carter Thomas, followed by Venture Coinist. There are others too like Jebus911 and Crypto Cobain. You should check them out.
