Does Bitoomba own this "bitcoingg guide" site?

We (StrikeSapphire) did not ask bitcoingg to put up a page about us. They are NOT our affiliates at this point in time. They are listing incorrect and misleading information. They have a page called "StrikeSapphire", where every link to our website redirects to Bitoomba. They've done the same thing to Dragon's Tale.

This looks like nothing more than a bad attempt by Bitoomba to improve their SEO at the expense of legitimate casinos.

We have offered to discuss affiliate partnership with the Bitcoingg people (who emailed to sell us advertising). I have every reason to think now that they are one and the same as Bitoomba.

Bitoomba should either remove our page from their site, or follow our affiliate guidelines and post correct material and working links to our site.

I would like to take a moment and address the issue mentioned here.

bitcoingg is not owned nor operated by Bitoomba. We do use it as one of our marketing channels by advertising there just as we do on other sites.

Following your comment we confronted the owners, who also send us traffic via affiliation, and requested that they stop using any fraudulent, deceptive or unethical methods of sending traffic to our brand, just as we would expect others to do if we were to deal with the same issue. We have our own terms and guidelines on that matter as you can read on our own affiliates page.

I can assure you that our SEO strategy does not involve any "black hat" tactics. We are as legit as our competitors, we take pride in our product and we strive to make it even better on all aspects including marketing, but we will not take part in a strategy that will eventually leave a stain and keep players away.

It is weird. We removed the players counter until it will be fixed. In anyway we'll be soon launching the Bitoomba Lottery so maybe you will have a chance to play that 67  Wink

We will have several variations of lottery with a daily draw and a minimum jackpot which will be progressive. The first version will go live with a pick 5 game and it is estimated to go live in 2-3 weeks time. It will be available for both registered and non registered users.

We will announce it once it goes live with more details obviously...

We got approached by the same group of people from bitcoingg. Our links on their site do not work either, and we think the idea of us being there without working links is bitcoingg trying to catch our "brand" search traffic and convert it into other operators, such as bitoomba. It is a very common black hat practice. What is funny is we got approached by another directory site few weeks ago, which also asked for a similar advertising fee as these guys, and again had bitoomba on top of them, and was again brand new with no traffic, claiming to have traffic from SEO. Both bitcoingg and the other directory claimed their traffic comes from SEO, but it is impossible, because we rank #1 and we don't see the traffic they describe and they don't have any real rankings. It smells like a scam to get some bitcoins out of the gambling site operators.

This was the previous website that contacted us. As you can see they claim 200 visits per day from pure SEO.  Huh Same layout, same owner as the one approaching us now.

Working with Bitoomba only since the site is new.
The site has app 200 visitors a day and the team of developers are building it as we talk.

If you interested in media buy, i can offer really low rates to start with.

Just 10 days after the launch of the site, this particular group is working with them exclusively..

Now what is their actual relation with bitoomba we don't know, but bitoomba also tried to schill the forum with fake accounts in the beginning, so it wouldn't be much of a surprise if they are involved in these directories Smiley

Just way too many coincidences.

Repeating what was previously clarified, Bitoomba appears on various websites including the two that are mentioned above. We do not operate these sites but we do advertise there.

Thanks. We appreciate your response to this (and I'm sure Dragons does as well). It looks like the site has pulled the bad links.

...

In further support of that, today I received an email from Bitcoingg on the e-mail address I used to register with Bitoomba.

I believe Bitoomba and Bitcoingg are run by the same people. If not, they are definitely connected. There is no point to lie about this.

This is a slightly old thread but does anyone know who runs bitcoingg.com?

They were paying me for my work for a long time, and then after the last batch completely cut off contact with me (despite still taking work on from others as well, and updating their site). I've tried contacting everyone I know that was associated, as well as through the site itself, and every email over the past 6 months has been ignored.

Anyone happen to know the owner's BCT name?

Can't call AUS.

Anyways, it looks like I'm going to have to do what I didn't want to: effectively render his site useless through legal channels, :p. Based on some research, it's probably a good thing anyways, I just hate taking things to the point of completely destroying people's work.
