Hi We plan to launch our ICO based on our existing business framework.

We already have someone to write our blockchain, smart contract, whitepaper etc

We are worry on the marketing and submission of ICO site/exchange .

Here are our concerns:
1. What big should be the team to create bounties program, virtual assistants, community managers etc
2. How much to post on all those ICO alert, rating, upcoming portals
3. Which are the exchange we can pay for entry? The cost?
4. Since most of our programmer and marketing are freelancer, we need people with strong linkedin profile that can endorse to be our founders team. Where can we find these type of people.
5. Able bounties program, the translator or community do their job in advance without being pay by coin yet? How do they know the share of token they are getting. ICO market as 5%, but they may have alot of bounties people.

We have more questions and willing to pay consultation fee.

Let us know.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

ICO's do not belong in this section.  Please move it.

As Vod said, project devlopment do not belong here. But ill try answer some question before you move the threads.
1. One bounty manager should enough to handle the announcement and bounty thread, he also can manage other people to help you promote the project such article and youtube videos. ( I available and want to help you run the project if you want just pm me)
2. Post it here and several big website, ad banner is enough. Let your bounty participant help you promote through article in their website or youtube channels.
3. There some exchange you can enter for  free, some only need vote or retweet to do so. try binance first then hitbtc.
4. Make post at service section, there some expert want to work as you pay it. most of them accept btc or eth as a payment but paypal is acceptable.
5. Ussualy bounty campign take 2% until 7% of total token sale.
