Ok I was wondering if you could help me out on this. I use this one exchange to put my Crypto into Fiat.
Exchange say LTC to USD.
Option I used was to put a stop order.
Problem I get my LTC stuck in a Hold.
When doing a stop order, what are the numbers I should be putting at?
is it a number that it decreases to that when reached will put currency into USD or is it upward? or both?
Do I fill out just in amount of LTC or USD or both? thanks

I think to be successful when "HOLD" you need to find out about the coin you intend to hold and find out all the information related to it.
You should also plan how long you will hold or hold to a certain value to make a profit.
Good luck

It is better to hold altcoins than panic selling , then why you recommend to stop the hold issue?
