I own a t-shirt company and I have a crypto collection. I have been succesful in facebook ad campaigns in other niches but somehow I can't figure out how to get the targeting right for this niche.
I have done alot of audience insights research and niche research to get a good list of things to target.
I have a list of magazines/famous people/pages/crypto companies/investing websites within the crypto space but it seems that I am not reaching these people who are really into crypto. I tried flex targeting to really dial down and find the right audience but my ads are not getting anywhere close to the engagement or conversions that I need to make it profitable.
Now i am looking for help, is there someone here who has been getting good ROI by doing facebook ads within this niche. Any tips or recommendations would be really helpful.
I have been posting in facebook groups/reddit/forums and I received awesome feedback on my designs and it has made me sales and good traffic in the last week since I launched this collection. This shows that there is a market for my shirts. People really want to buy this stuff but I can't seem to get it to the next level with my facebook ads.
I hope someone can give me any tips, I would be very grateful and even send you a freebie or two if it gives me results.

I think you are doing t-shirt sales in the small scale so you can check and get the better advertisement like in the product resale sites, facebook marketplace pages, creating own domain for the selling it and Google adwords advertising in your city alone.
These way will make your products reaches to many number of the people in your city thomas.
Here in the forum you can advertise the products relevant to the crypto platform only other products and all will not work better here.
Hey thank you for your comment. I am using shopify and have gotten a fair amount of sales already but not trough fb ads. I post on reddit/forums/fb groups but haven't tried twitter yet as I have never used it before. People in my city/location are not tht much into crypto I'm affraid but i ship worldwide so I am advertising to countries where alot of people tend to like crypto.
I think that the crypto niche is a little bit different than all the other niches.
It continues to be a relatively small niche,despite the fact that it`s growing fast.
Do you accept cryptocurrency payments,or just paypal and debit/credit cards.If you don`t accept crypto payments,this might be a big reason.Another reason is that most of people in that niche aren`t very rich.
You have to follow the 20/80 rule.Focus on the 20% of the people that will make 80% of your sales.
Use Geo targeting to target the people from high income locations.

Yeah I was beginning to think that crypto owners have all their money in crypto and don't want to spend haha
Could it be because the crypto community is more active on Twitter than Facebook? A good indicator can be to compare several bitcoin news websites and see their ratio twitter-facebook. There are surely some sales to make on FB but maybe less.
BTW, what is the audience you target on FB?

I target people based on what I can research in facebook audience insights. I also flex target interests like: cryptocurrency/coinbase/bitcoin/litecoin/ripple etc.
