I was on a random videos spree on youtube, and it seemed to me that it flashed the word 'bitcoin'. That's what happened.

I am not obsessed like that. The video isn't even
that funny to watch
that closely.
Also, with my obsession the effect is rather the opposite, I don't notice Bitcoin as anything special anymore too easily. If I happen to encounter Bitcoin in "outside context", I may miss it because I'd have to get aware first that I'm actually in "outside context".
