I suggest to invest in NEO because it has a solid development and there are many known companies that tied up with this coin. I also hear that even Jack Ma is also invested in this project.

NEO coin is best altcoin compared to ETP. Because it is promising cryptocurrency in current market. But ETP is current developing coin. So both the coins are promising in future.
But NEO coin is promising in current scenario also. Many competitors also like to invest in NEO this coin is good growth in future environment.
