Hi, I am newbie & I do not know how to navigate this forum.

I wanted to look for help from somebody, I withdrew my Bitfloor.com balance ($300.00) on 4/17/2013 the day roman shut it down to my BoA checking Acct. I accidentally entered my Wire routing # into the bitfloor withdraw

form (my checking Acct routing # & wire routing # were one on top of the other where I copied it from & I realized I copied the wrong one as soon as I clicked to submit the withdraw request.

I keep emailing jordan modell & he isn't any help all he says if anything is that it's not up to him, he legally can't tell me if my name is on the list I send him my bank Acct. numbers & he sends me back some email that doesn't even mention the problem.

I should paste the emails he sent me so anybody could understand how useless they are it's about as much point as emailing support@bitfloor.com

I need to clarify that I never got my balance in my BoA Acct. when I called BoA customer service back in April they told me if I used the wire routing # it was sent directly back to the Acct. it was coming from.

They also told me I couldn't talk to the wires department & BoA doesn't give any of the customer service reps the wires department phone number.

You would need to contact Bitfloor not IAFCU.  IAFCU is essentially just a "bank" (credit union) providing an alternative method to cash out. You can cashout to an existing bank or you can open a new bank account with IAFCU and cashout there.  Regardless the cashing out is done by bitfloor via the bitfloor website.  IAFCU is just a place to "send" your money. 

If your bitfloor account shows $0 balance (because it incorrectly thinks you have already received the $300) there is nothing to "cash out" to IAFCU.  Since you are under $3K limit and have a valid bank account there is no reason to even open an IAFCU account regardless.  No part of the solution involves IAFCU so please don't keep bothering them, they are processing hundreds of real withdrawals.

1) Login to your bitfloor account.
2a) If the balance available is still $300 just make a withdraw request (this time w/ correct info).
2b) If the balance available is $0 then you will need bitfloor to fix that.

The bad news is if it shows $0, bitfloor has been essentially non-responsive to email so it may take a "while".

Oh, gee i'm real sorry "DT" I wasn't trying to find REAL help for my refund or anything.

You couldn't get any response from bitfloor since this started in Apr.
