Cryptopia Is Not a Good Exchange Anymore *Solved*

It may be due to ethereum issues but 27 hours is still too long. My BTC withdrawals last week cleared soon but many exchanges these days are taking hours for deposits and withdrawals. It's shocking that their support too doesn't respond as they used to reply back in about 1-2 hours earlier (contacted them twice).

I don't think it's because of the ethereum network, because it's still "processing" instead of "complete"

I really miss the old cryptopia I hope the admin will at least speak to us and clarify to us regarding this matter.

Dude, there are a lot of people complaining because these exchange services are bad, so please feel free to dump everything you feel

However, everything changed since yesterday. I withdrew 0.54 worth of ethereum, but it's still in "processing" state right now for almost 27 hours!
Don't tell me to contact support because my last ticket was 13 days ago and it's still 'clean'. I opened a new one yesterday however, hoping in despair that they will at least reply to me.

Nope, I had a problem regarding deposit 13 days ago, by 'clean' I mean no one is replying to it. Therefore I closed it.
And yes, that is the new problem.

I've seen several problems with deposits and withdrawals in Cryptopia lately (well, just like in other exchanges). Despite that, I withdrew a coin the day before yesterday and it went through without any problem. What happened with your deposit issue 13 days ago btw? Was it solved without getting a reply from the support?

The only problem that I've experienced recently was I wasn't able to log in because the page just kept on loading, finally it was back to normal again. Seems that most exchanges have an issue in regards to solving a ticket, customers couldn't do anything but to wait.

*Update* : It's now "complete" instead of "processing", but then another problem occurs.

When I try to locate it on etherscan, it says : "Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash".
Oh, come on! I guess I'll have to wait for another 48 hours.

But it's better now though, because they processed it. I think.
