Hello. I am interested in this exchange due to coins available. Has anyone made a withdrawal.

They process withdrawals soon but my two recent withdrawals via ETH have taken hours (due to network congestion and their low fee). They charge high fees but add low fee while sending out transactions and even deposits get delayed at their end. I'm not sure about their BTC withdrawals.
