We are working towards revolutionizing the job market by changing the way employers and employees interact.
We recognize the endless possibilities and opportunities blockchain technology holds. From its unique, decentralized design, to its secure ledgers,
we firmly believe that it is the future of business. This is why we will implement a decentralized blockchain in our product, so that we can expand
job markets to a global setting, by eliminating geographical and demographical limitations. Both parties in this professional interaction will be binded
to their obligation via smart contracts. Decentralizing these transactions will make job employment seamless for both parties, allowing for a more
efficient marketplace and economy.

ERC20 Token

The main benefit of having the Krow token on the ethereum blockchain is that transactions on the platform can be completed
securely in about 5-8 seconds per transaction. Ethereum also gives us the freedom of smart contracts, which are essential to the creation
of our platform, and to our attempt in creating "smart resumes". Smart contracts will allow our product to run exactly as it is intended to with
little-to-no lag, censorship, fraud, or third party activity. All of the information that we plan to collect throughout the interaction will be stored onto our
block chain. These blocks will contain precious info regarding the coin, as well as attempting to store interaction information. Below is information on the token:

We're happy to see your concerns, as we are posting this Pre-announcement for that exact reason. Finding new concerns and trying to tackle them. As of right now, we are still in preparations for our ICO, where we are concluding our first team search phase. Once we have established our core development team, we will have them working towards the platform almost instantly. Q3 is our in a way "worst case" estimation for our beta platform, but if we are able to have a successful ICO (which will take place for ~2 months unless the hard cap is reached earlier) then we should be ahead of schedule. We do not want to make any empty promises to our community, hence our vision for such a late date for a beta to be released. Please voice any other concerns or opinions, thanks!
