Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

OP did not even mention if it is chargeable or free. Also I do not buy/sell anybody account and probably I think if any one needs here can contact him at his own risk if any so involved.

Always be cautious dealing in any such things.

OP has mentioned that the Bitfinex account is for sale which means he is charging a price for that account. Further, if the OP is giving it for free then it's a giveaway/freebie, not sales.

I think this kind of Account sales should be banned/removed from this forum.
