I got one answer per 3-4 weeks from blockchain.info support... And the answer is like "clear your cookies"
You should by now know that you have a very slim chance of fixing your problem if you will just wait for blockchain.info's support.
Follow what the other users says and import your wallet into another wallet preferably with electrum for easy process and decent security.
