Claiming Bitcoin Gold

I've been searching ways to claim bitcoin gold from electrum wallet and it seems the only way to claim is via coinomi which only has mobile app, or official bitcoin gold blockchain which will take days to actually download all the blockchain into the desktop.

I'd like to know are these the only options or is there another easier way to claim bitcoin gold as well?
