New features:
- Better error handling for when metamask isn't installed or is unlocked
- Dark theme to match the game atmosphere
- 3D spaceships displayed in browser using three.js
- Small bugs and UI fixes
- Buy and cashout notifications rewritten to stay in screen until user closes it
