hi i have a Vircurex coupon with a value of 0.01000000 BTC i would like to change it for BTC 0.009. im willing to send you the coupon first then you can transfer my the funds after (this is only for reputabel persons on this forum) if you are new to the forum i would like the funds in advance then ill send you the coupon.

It used to be worse until fairly recently withdrawals were BTC0.01
