Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Yeah, saw your ad and thought it was a good idea. I tailored it to my own specifications on things like price and payment options. If it's a problem, I can remove it.

Can you drive to Sacramento, CA?

Yes, but the fee will be significant.

That is more than 60 miles.

In addition to the exchange rate, I'll require $0.50 per mile ($1,022 for the 2,044 miles) as well as 3 nights stay in hotels and $20 per diem (4 days) for meals to get there and back.

All together you'll pay about $1400 in fees in addition to the exchange cost for the bitcoins.

As indicated in my post, I currently have only $500 available.  BitStamp is $134.49 at the moment.

As such I could buy 3.71775 of the 9 BTC you have available.

If you are interested in this offer, let me know which payment method you'd prefer I use and I'll send you an address to send the bitcoins to.

I don't know.  I've never shipped internationally.  What are the Customs requirements for shipping U.S. currency into Portugal?  Also note, that I won't be responsible for cash stolen from the shipment.

No idea about requirements. Searched the customs site but found nothing. Better forget about it Tongue
