After joining multiple Pump Groups I saw that theres always a 50-100% gain already as soon as the coin is announced.
So I contacted a few people and managed to find a group that will NOT be pre-pumping, when the signal is announced you will see no unusual volume.
They recommend to sit out on the first pump and just watch if you don't trust them.
