I think that I'll hide the Lending section, most of them are newbies and scammers looking for a loan...
What about the newbies who decide to lend loans??? Whats wrong with Newbies looking for a loan?  just asking not trying to upset anyone Will :-) |

Whats wrong with Newbies looking for a loan? just asking not trying to upset anyone Will :-) Apparently post count is what matters for trust, even though the biggest scammers were not newbies. And those with huge post counts can just inflate it with useless quick posts. |

Whats wrong with Newbies looking for a loan? just asking not trying to upset anyone Will :-) Apparently post count is what matters for trust, even though the biggest scammers were not newbies. And those with huge post counts can just inflate it with useless quick posts. Rarely a newbie will have a good or any OTC or reputation in the forum. By being a Sr. Member or Hero has a higher chance of a history of successful trades. |

By being a Sr. Member or Hero has a higher chance of a history of successful trades. Sometimes Sr. Members or Heroes do. But sometimes they don't. For example, I'm guessing if you asked for a small loan it would get lent without any questions, just because you are a senior member. However, you only have one transaction on your trust list. |

I have never seen a loan request by a hero or sr member that got rejected because of lack of transaction history. For some reason, people think that no one would want to "lose" a high level account, despite the fact that these accounts have no inherent value. |

But your statement has no meaning if there aren't any hero member loan requests. Here, I'll help you: OgNasty loan request (Transaction history: NASTYMINING security) Scott J loan request (Transaction history: in thread) Tittiez loan request (Transaction history: lots - loans, moneypaks, etc RandomQ loan request (Transaction history: lots - stocks, etc) Usagi loan request - NOT FILLED (Transaction history: lots, but sometimes dubious) So, here are some better statements to make: "I have never seen a Hero Member without transaction history request a loan" "I have seen a Hero Member get a loan request rejected" "I have seen a Hero Member get a loan request rejected because it made no sense" |
