I am curious....

the price difference is staggering, but i am no longer seeing the constant complaints about mt gox.

So either, people have gotten bored with the topic, or people are keeping silent while arbitraging a fortune.

Yep, Gox better get their shit together fast of they won't exist for much longer. The really should be, at the minimum, much much more open about the challenges they are facing and the reasons why they are having issues with withdrawals. I get that transferring to the states is an issue, by why are transfers everywhere else being delayed?
