hitbtc problems with sia coin!

i have deposited sia coin to my wallet in hitbtc and i think i made a big mistake!
it's been 14 days and still hitbtc does't show the balance in my wallet!

What is this sia coin?An altcoin or a token?I`ve used HitBtc two months ago,when i sold my VIB tokens there.
I didn`t had any problems,but i still don`t trust exchange platforms like Hitbtc.
Have you checked the address you used to send the coins?If you sent to a wrong address there`s nothing Hitbtc support could do about your issue.Anyway,all the crypto exchange customer supports team are very slow these days.

Because I've been using Hitbtc for a long time and never experienced what you experienced, so maybe you should check back your sia coin address

it was not the first time we are seeing this kind of problem,
if i remember correctly,someone even lost their money for more than $10.000 on hitbtc.
they did not answer his ticket.
no matter how good they are,never send all of your money to them.
they are only good as an exchange,
no more no less than that.

i think u made a mistake otherwise they must reply, hitbtc is a very popular exchanger, so i think they haven't any fault cause i dont face any problem yet.

I think hitbtc is a very famous Chinese genius and there are a lot of investors both in and outside of the country. But I found that on the speed of Hitbtc transaction is very slow there are days I transferred BTC in a little more than a day I can get on Hitbtc. It has a lot to do with my trade.
