What are your pics when it comes to PoS coins?

Hey guys,

I've just recently set up a little local server and thus was wondering if it would be profitable to let a few wallets/daemons run in the backround in oder to stake a few coins.
TBH, I haven't really been into PoS coins yet and therefore do not really know which of those coins are profitable at all.
So what would your pics bee (especially if you do not have large amounts of money to invest to)?
