When u r attempting to load a web page while the system is processing a block to add it to mysql database, it takes a few extra seconds but this happens once in 10 minutes. Else it should be near instant. I do not want to split the database server and website server to avoid this at this point of time

Javascript based private and public key generation script that goes for sticker printing on an A3+ paper is ready at http://coinmonk.com/gen/
This is based upon http://bitaddress.org script. Using this we can just take the html and generate the address on fly on the computer not connected to internet and print it out directly without storing the private and public keys to any computer in any format

Approx 5 USD each. But i m thinking of selling only in packs of 10. So 50 USD per pack of 10.

50$ for 10 x 0.01 btc = 0.1BTC

Thats right. The rest goes to coin minting, stickers, leaflet, packaging, efforts and a bit of profit. For shipping inside india itself, I guess i can go for 40 USD for pack of 10. i dont have exact numbers till final packaging is completed.
