I wanted to know if it were possible to mine the skein algo with a AMD rx580 ?
If yes, which miner i need?

I am not sure if its worth it with AMD mining skein, since this algo has been mining with NVIDIA's, however you can use CCminer for this. I gues you have other purpose rather than todays profitability. RX580 are best with ethash, Cryptonight, Equihash and some neoscrypts algo today.

Back then, skein was ruled by 290 ...
But these days noone cares to optimize for Polaris

I found a sgminer special skein
My RX 580 do as good as my nvidia 1060 6gb  =>  240 MH/s if I remember good
