How much are you making with 1x GTX 1070?

Hello guys,
I'm trying to find more infos about estimation profit of whattomine.com.
A friend, told me that this values are so MUCH estimated.
Accord to this website,if i take the most profitable coin atm (GoByte), if i start mine today with a gtx 1070 i get 500kh/s in NeoScrypt, considering a cost of 0.1$ KwH then i can make $8.43 dollars a day, means, 220$ a month.
Do you feel confident with this values? Or this is way too esagerated as my friend told? Is it possible to know the baddest profit for this card (the worst case)? or calculate it based on the previous 30 days period?

I've heard a lot of talk both ways about whattomine. I use it as a general measuring tool, but I wouldn't swear by it. That said, it has been pretty close to spot on for profit with my rigs. This will change constantly of course. Actual profit depends on when and where you sell.

Won't claim to know much about mining GoByte, though. Or NeoScrypt.

It fluctuates pretty much daily.  Two months ago they were making between 4-5 dollars a card and now we are seeing 8-10 depending on what you are mining  That can change at any time so it is hard to really give an accurate estimate.  Its a good time to be mining right now and hopefully it stays that way.
