Hi guys

I am relatively new but have done my very best to read as much before posting this. I rediscovered my old MultiBit Classic wallet from 2013 (containing 1 BTC, based on a 0.2 and 0.8 transfer in 2013) and then made the error of doing a very small transaction (0.001 BTC) to test. Apparently this transaction amount was deducted form the 0.8 BTC in my wallet.

At that time I did not realize that the fee of this ancient wallet was way too low. (44 sat/byte). I read and read and read but ultimately decided to wait it out. Now I have waited 5 weeks since Dec 9 and the transaction is still unconfirmed, but the problem is that the Multibit Classic walled now tells me that the 0.8 BTC is unavailable.

I am desperate. I paid a guy called Luis 100 USD for acceleration service based on trust, but he has become very silent afterwards and the tx is still stuck. I do not think I am able to do complex things like replace by fee or child pays for parent from this MultiBit Classic wallet.

I tried exporting private keys and importing (sweep) this in Electrum but than the balance shows 0.2BTC. Have I lost 0.8 BTC?

I know there are similar questions, but I have not found a solution yet. I would appreciate your help so much!! thanks.

Yes. Someone quite pleasant with an accelerator service sent me a private message and helped me for a fee after getting it confirmed. I am content now.
