As you see it is the same as yours, but anyway try to copy this line and paste in bat file, and put your wallet instead *** as well, should work.

When I was mining XZC back in MPH yes, --submit-stale helps, almost completely removes invalid shares. Don't know if it's any help here though.

I think that's for how long (seconds) miner  pauses between retries if you lose connection

No txId and still in pending for the last payment since 3 hours, and no new payment since..
Usually I get one payment per hour
