Hello Everyone,
I am a beginner in cryptocurrency.
As learning how to use the wallet, I tried to send a bit bitcoin to the Electrum wallet on my MacBook.
It was succeeded, but when I tried to send the bitcoin back to my Coinbase account, it failed.
I was having 0.9469mBTC. (Picture 1 & the "balance" at the bottom left corner of Picture 2)

And a window said "insufficient funds" pops out when I tried to press the send button. (Picture4)

But a window pop up when I press send, said "this transaction requires a higher fee or it will not be propagated by the network" (Picture 6)

https://imgur.com/a/9WrkmI understand it requires transaction fee for a bitcoin transaction. But is it the only problem here?
I have tried many times but I still cannot transfer my bitcoin.
How should I do to take the coins out from the wallet?
And as you can see the number of coins is really low, does it mean I have to pay a fee higher than the coin I send?
Sorry for the poor English, I am not a native speaker. Please point out if there are any statements that I need to further explain.
Thanks for your help.
