Hey,

I have ordered on 3. February 2013 - 4 x Avalon from Batch #2
my Status is just saying Processing.
My Order Number is #103**

I have read, that much people from Batch #3 received their Avalon Miner,
the Shipping from Batch #2 look like that it is done.

I have tried to open an ticket on http://bitsyncom.freshdesk.com/support/tickets
but does not get an answer. I have write about 4 Tickets, started from 23. May

And after 6 months you thought about getting help? Astounding. For your info: all batches were shipped, there are many customers who did never receive their batch 1-3 (i think batch3 already was received by the majority now) order due to different reasons (wrong shipping adress, customs, stupidness of avalon, etc). To be frank, you're pretty much fucked, I'm afraid. Sorry Sad

If you browse some avalon-threads you will pretty much get the picture Wink

There are at least 2 threads about avalon in the scam accusations subforum...
I would suggest you join them to put some more public pressure on these guys.
