Offline currency converter

Can anyone please recommend me a converter where I can set the btc rate myself instead of pulling it from exchanges or coninmarket? The thing is that I mainly use Yobit and btc is somewhat upraised there, so it's impossible to use popular web-based converters to get the value I need.
