what are your guys rates for about 380 or so of paypal, how much in btc will that get me.
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

About $330 . But after it sits in escrow for 6 months when the chargeback period is over, it could be more or less.

Yes keep in mind if buying with paypal and you are not trusted escrow will be needed for the Bitcoin seller.
