Withdraw Bitshares coin on Poloniex has been marked Complete Error and lost fund

On Wed Jan 10th 2018, I did a transaction withdraw Bitshares coin on my poloniex account but it has been marked Complete Error. And I lost that amount in my BTS balance.

At the memo textbox, I inputed my memo instead of the receiver's memo
At the address textbox, I input the receiver's memo instead of his address.

Now the transaction is error, no deposit into his balance , and also me lost amount.

I created 7 tickets on Poloniex Support but they have not replied any message.

I am very worried beacause that is very big amount.

Do someone know any information , please tell me or please talk to me!!! PLEASE HELP ME!

After 6 days waiting for, Mr Michael in Poloniex Support Team has already resolved my problem and return amount into my balance. Thank Mr Michael and Support Team so much.
