Do you offer a warranty?Warranty will be provided by the manufacturer, Most companies offer a 6 month warranty.
What is your refund policy?No refunds will be granted unless Cardinal Crypto doesn't fulfill your order, in which case a full refund will be granted. The reason we have a very strict policy on this is due to the fluctuating nature of the mining market.
What is the delivery time?For any product that is in stock, expected delivery time is 5-10 days after payment has been received. Rest assured, we will do our best to deliver your order to you asap. Shipping is included in the prices.
Are there custom charges?All of our products are shipped from China. We cannot guarantee that your order won't have custom charges.
Why are the prices so high?We would love to reduce the prices, unfortunately our prices come directly from our suppliers. We are very competitively priced when you look around the market.
